Improved protection meets higher comfort

Lübeck – Dräger has reworked its proven respiratory protection mask X-plore 1300. It can now be donned more easily, worn more comfortably and offers higher filter performance.

Easy breathing and comfortable fit

Users frequently wear respiratory protection for several hours. Therefore, it is important that the mask doesn't unnecessarily strain the wearer. It should sit comfortably and offer the lowest possible breathing resistance. X-plore 1300 makes breathing easy. Its optionally available CoolMAX valve significantly reduces breathing resistance. Furthermore, the mask can be individually adjusted to the head shape of the wearer. Using the VarioFLEX all-around harness, the wearer can easily don and variably set the mask.

Stable form and high leak tightness

The mask body is pre-formed and internally reinforced. This provides the X-plore 1300 with high stability, even during extended use. The optimized comfort nose pad and nose clip increase the seal seat of the mask and prevent the lateral entry of particles.

Big protection against small particles

The CoolSAFE filter material provides protection against particles in the inhaled air. Passing the dolomite test provides evidence of the mask's high particle absorbency. The increase in breathing resistance during particle absorption is minimal. The mask can thus be used for longer periods, even with operations with higher dust exposure, making its application more economical overall.

The right choice for different requirements

The new X-plore 1300 is available in three protection classes: FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3. The mask valve and nose clip are color coded to each class and help quickly identify the correct mask. All versions of the X-plore 1300 meet the increased requirements for filter performance of masks in accordance with the new standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009.
